K D Knitwears is a Proprietor firm established in 2015, engaged in the manufacturing, export, supply, and retail of kids and ladies garments including tracksuits, hoodies, leggings, sweaters, and related products. Our business is based in Ludhiana, Punjab, India.
3. Products and Services
- All products listed on our website are subject to availability and may be modified without prior notice.
- Product images, colors, and descriptions are for illustrative purposes. Actual products may vary slightly due to manufacturing processes and screen display differences.
- We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
- Custom orders are subject to separate agreements and specifications confirmed in writing.
4. Orders and Pricing
- All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified for export orders.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable to your order will be the price confirmed at the time of order placement.
- Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) apply and vary by product. Please confirm MOQ before placing an order.
- Bulk discounts are available and will be communicated during the quotation process.
- All orders are subject to acceptance and confirmation by K D Knitwears.
5. Payment Terms
- Payment terms will be agreed upon at the time of order confirmation.
- Standard terms require an advance payment before production begins, with the balance due before dispatch.
- For export orders, payment terms will be as per the agreed Letter of Credit (LC) or advance payment terms.
- We accept bank transfers, NEFT/RTGS, and other mutually agreed payment methods.
- Orders will not be processed until payment is received and confirmed.
6. Delivery and Shipping
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on order size, customization requirements, and logistics.
- Standard production and delivery time is 15–30 working days from order confirmation and advance payment receipt.
- K D Knitwears is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or force majeure events.
- Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer upon handover to the shipping carrier.
- Export orders are shipped as per agreed Incoterms (FOB, CIF, etc.).
7. Quality and Returns
- We maintain strict quality control standards. All products are inspected before dispatch.
- Claims for defective or incorrect products must be raised within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence.
- Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects or incorrect items shipped, not for change of mind.
- Custom-made or personalized orders are non-returnable unless defective.
- Approved returns will be replaced or credited at our discretion.
8. Intellectual Property
- All content on this website including text, images, logos, and designs are the property of K D Knitwears and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.
- Custom designs submitted by clients remain the property of the client. K D Knitwears will not reproduce such designs for other clients without consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
K D Knitwears shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the value of the specific order in question.
10. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information, trade secrets, pricing, or business information shared during the course of business dealings. This obligation survives the termination of any business relationship.
11. Force Majeure
K D Knitwears shall not be held liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, strikes, pandemics, or supply chain disruptions.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or business dealings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ludhiana, Punjab, India. We encourage resolution of disputes through mutual discussion before resorting to legal proceedings.
13. Amendments
K D Knitwears reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
